KIMBERLEE MORAN (grant facilitator, CFAS) ran a forensic archaeology field exercise for law enforcement professionals at the Rutgers Pinelands Field Station during April 29 to May 1. Attendees learned about the application of archaeological theory and methodology to the search for and recovery of human remains and conducted a full-scale excavation exercise. 

Professor Presents Paper

Dr. WILLIAM FITZGERALD (assistant professor, CFAS-English) presented a paper, “Texting God: Delivering Prayer in the Digital Age,” at the biannual meeting of the Rhetoric Society of America in Philadelphia during the week of May 21.  His operetta, “A New Age,” was performed at the Sandy Spring Friends School in Maryland during May 17-19.

Professor Participates in Panel Discussion

Prof. PAUL BERNSTEIN (associate professor, CFAS-theater) participated in a panel discussion, “Uncharted Territories,” at the 25th American Literature Association Conference in San Francisco on May 25.  He delivered a video and performance presentation regarding his work and featuring excerpts from the Rutgers–Camden production of “The Passenger List.”
