Opening Wednesday, November 1st, “The Matchmaker” will kick off Rutgers–Camden’s 2017-2018 theater season! A classic comedy written by Thornton Wilder, “The Matchmaker” features senior theater major Stella Brennan-Romano as Dolly Levi and is directed by Paul Bernstein, Associate Professor of Theater.
The production will take place in the Walter K. Gordon Theater and will run November 1st – 5th. Show times are Wednesday – Saturday at 7:30 p.m.; a general matinee at 2 p.m. on Sunday, and a high school matinee at 10 a.m. on Friday.
Rutgers–Camden students qualify for two free tickets, with valid ID. All other student tickets are $8.00; Rutgers–Camden faculty, staff, alumni, and senior citizens’ tickets are $10.00; and general admission is $12.00. Tickets can be purchased at the Impact Booth or by phone at (856) 225-6211. Tickets will also be available for purchase at the door of the theater two hours prior to the performance.
