The Master of Arts in Teaching Spanish program will continue its lecture series in applied linguistics on Wednesday, October 25th. Dr. Marta González-Lloret from the University of Hawaii-Manoa will present, “Integrating Technology into Task-Based Language Teaching.” This workshop will present the main concepts of Task-based Language Teaching (TBLT) and what a TBLT curriculum looks like. It will then focus on how technology can be effectively integrated into a TBLT curriculum based on what we know from Second Language Acquisition and Computer-Assisted Language Learning research.
