Have you ever dreamed of seeing the world? With partnerships in more than 140 countries across the globe, applying for the Fulbright US Student Program means the possibilities are endless. Whether you are looking for an opportunity to expand on your research, to engage with students of all ages in classrooms from cities to the countryside, or pursue graduate study, this important fellowship offers countless ways to participate in meaningful cultural exchange that may be just what you are looking for. And Rutgers-Camden can help!
On Monday, March 20th at 4 p.m., interested students are encouraged to attend a virtual kick-off event and learn more about the Fulbright US Student Program. During this interactive session, IIE representatives will provide information about the types of Fulbright awards, application components, tips, and more. After the group intro, join us for a special RUC breakout to learn the next-steps of applying, ask specific questions, and meet former applicants! Please visit https://apply.iie.org/register/GPS7 to register for our virtual kick-off event.
The Office of Scholar Development and Fellowship Advising assists current students (and alumni) with completing applications to national fellowship programs, including the Fulbright US Student Program. Our staff supports applicants through every stage from navigating the application to writing and preparing a competitive application. The 2024-2025 application cycle will officially launch in late March, with applications due to the Fulbright commission in early October, however the campus deadline will be August 30th (for full support of our committee and campus nomination). In the meantime, interested alumni are encouraged to explore the Fulbright website and follow OSDFA (Instagram, LinkedIn) for regular updates.
