The Department of Mathematical Sciences will host Math Fest on Thursday, October 20, for all current and prospective math majors and minors. Mingle with faculty, discover career options, and learn what our undergraduate and graduate programs have to offer. Dr. Benedetto Piccoli, the Joseph and Loretta Lopez Endowed Chair and Professor of Mathematics, will give a lecture entitled “Math Everywhere.”
The event will take place on Thursday, October 20, at 12:30 p.m. in the Law School’s Faculty Lounge (Room E-403). To register, email Ms. Sangeetha Maheshwari by Friday, October 14. Lunch and giveaways will be provided.
