Chrissy Beswick, MA is the Director of Administrative Operations for Rutgers University-Camden Faculty of Arts and Sciences. Her professional scope includes working with the Dean as a core member of the leadership team to provide planning, assessment, and oversight of the day-to-day operations of the school. Working with cross-functional teams, she will aid in the development and execution of a strategic plan to align operational efficiencies and resources within FASC.  

Prior to her role at Rutgers, Chrissy managed administrative operations for the Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine. Her background includes leadership of high-level initiatives including accreditation, capital management, strategic planning, and project management. Chrissy was also the Board Chair for the Rowan Women’s Alliance Network, delivering professional development programming to female-identifying individuals University-wide. She is passionately committed to issues of diversity, equity and inclusion, and has contributed to major initiatives to implement systematic change.

A Rutgers–Camden alumnus, Chrissy earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2003. She earned her master’s degree in wellness and lifestyle management from Rowan University in 2022. Chrissy is a change-driven leader, who is committed to leading with empathy and compassion. She is excited to work with Dean Griffin and the leadership across FASC towards fulfilling its core mission and values.
