Welcome to Rutgers University–Camden for the Spring 2021 semester! Please see below for important dates regarding the drop/add period, withdrawals, the RUHere process, and more.
- RUHere
- All students need to complete the RUHere process to confirm attendance for the semester. When you log into any Rutgers system with your NetID, you will be prompted to confirm your attendance for the Spring 2021 semester.
- Failure to respond to RUHere will result in your classes being dropped.
- Please remember that Matriculation Continued students and off-campus students should still confirm their attendance for the semester.
- Students have until Tuesday, February 2nd to respond to RUHere.
- Withdrawals
- Any student who wishes to withdraw from the university for the semester must email the Registrar’s Office to obtain the Notice of Withdrawal Form.
- The last day to withdraw from an individual course is Tuesday, March 30th.
- The last day to withdraw from all courses (withdrawal from the university) is Monday, April 19th.
- Drop/Add Period
- The last day to drop a course without a “W” is Tuesday, January 26th.
- The last day to add a course is Wednesday, January 27th.
- Please remember to periodically check your class roster (faculty) and course schedule (students) during the Drop/Add period in case of any changes.
- One Stop Student Services Center
- The One Stop Generalists are available to assist students with all Registration, Financial Aid, Student Accounting, and Cashiering/Parking issues on Wednesdays by appointment only. You can visit the One Stop Student Services Center website to schedule an appointment.
- The One stop is located on the first floor of Armitage Hall, in the administrative wing across the breezeway from the elevator bank.

- May 2021 Graduation
- If you plan on graduating in May, you will need to apply for graduation by Monday, March 1st. The Online Diploma Application is open and available now to be filled out.
- You can email the Registrar’s Office if you need to complete a name change, update your major or minor, or if you will be receiving an additional degree.
- If you are a graduate student, you need to formally apply for your diploma even if you have already completed your capstone or thesis application.
- Summer Session
- For those of you looking ahead, the Summer Session is available to view on the Schedule of Classes. Registration will begin on Monday, February 15th.
