This fall, the Writers House will sponsor multiple Cooper Street Writing Workshops, some in multi-session format and some that are one-day only:
Multi-session Workshops
- “Lying with Texts: The Art of Fictional Appropriations” taught by Royce Drake
- Four Wednesdays: October 23 and 30, and November 6 and 13
- 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
- $200 general/$40 for Camden residents
- “Whitman at 200” taught by Alicia Askanase
- Two Saturdays: October 26 and 27
- 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
- Free
- “Funny Story…” taught by Grayson Morley
- Three Saturdays: October 26, November 2, and November 9
- 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
- $150 general/$30 for Camden residents
One Session Workshops
- “The Joy of Revision” taught by Nancy Reddy
- Saturday, November 16
- 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
- $60 general/$10 for Camden residents
All workshops require advance registration and will be taught in the Writers House, located at 305 Cooper Street.
