The Department of Fine Arts will begin its Spring 2019 Visiting Artists Program, “Young and Active,” on Tuesday, February 26. This lecture series will feature nationally and internationally acclaimed artists present lectures about their work, professional practices, and their perspectives on contemporary art and design.
Photographer Elizabeth Wirija, whose clients include Nike, Vice, Atlantic Records, and Microsoft, will be the first presenter of the series. The lecture will take place on Tuesday, February 26, from 12:45 p.m. – 1:45 p.m. in the Fine Arts Building, Room 110. This event is free and open to the public.
