BILL PAYMENT AND CONFIRMING ATTENDANCE

Please go to http://studentabc.rutgers.edu to pay your bill and confirm your attendance – even if you have a zero balance after your aid is applied.There is a step-by-step tutorial on the website to assist anyone with questions on the process.  Payment plan information is also available on this site. 

 

REFUND CHECK INFORMATION

Direct deposit refund checks are currently available for graduate students and will be available for undergraduate students on September 6th.  Paper refund checks will be mailed on September 7th for graduate students and September 19th for undergraduates.   Students whose refunds are ready for distribution will receive an email notification from sfsadmin@rci.rutgers.edu.   View your account online to verify the status of your refund.  

Enroll in RU ScholarRefund to have your financial aid refund electronically deposited into your checking or savings account.  For more information regarding RU ScholarRefund, please visit the website at Electronic Refunds.

 

RU Book Advance

If you are a full-time student with a financial aid refund of greater than $500, $500 of your financial aid refund will be automatically transferred to a RU Book Advance account for your convenience.  If your refund is less than $500 (excluding Parent PLUS loans), you will not be automatically enrolled in the RU Book Advance program.  PLUS loan funds are not eligible for the RU Book Advance program.

This account can be used at the University District Bookstore in Camden.

  • All students may purchase books online through September 15th, in store through September 16th.
  • Any monies not used at the bookstore from your RU Book Advance account will be refunded back to your student account after September 26
  • RU Book Advance account will be automatically set up unless student’s financial aid refund is less than $500 or unless student elects to decline or opt out.

 

BOOKSTORE PRICE MATCHING

Barnes and Noble, Camden.  We happily price match Amazon and BN.com   Online marketplaces, however, like “other Sellers” on Amazon, Amazon’s Warehouse Deals ‘fulfilled by ” Amazon, BN.comMarketplace, as well as peer-to-peer, are not eligible. 

We will price match the exact textbook, in the same edition and format, including all accompanying materials, like workbooks and CDs.

PARKING/TRANSPORTATION UPDATES

With the opening of the Nursing & Sciences Building transportation routes have been modified to service this location.  The Rutgers Internal Shuttle operates from 7:30am to 10:30pm on weekdays, excluding holidays, during the Fall and Spring semester of each academic year. Please note that this shuttle does not operate when classes are not in session between semesters.
