The Robert Bailey Memorial Lecture, given by Elliott Sclar, the Director of the Center for Sustainable Urban Development and the Earth Institute and Professor of Urban Planning and International Affairs at Columbia University, will take place on Thursday, April 5th, from 5:30 p.m. – 8 p.m., in the Campus Center’s Multi-Purpose Room.  Dr. Sclar’s lecture is titled “Infrastructure and the Limits of Public Private Partnerships.”  A wine and cheese reception will follow the lecture. 

This free lecture is open to all, but registration is required.  Please register by Thursday, March 29th. 

The Robert Bailey Memorial Lecture is named for a former professor in the Department of Public Policy and Administration and was established to recognize Dr. Bailey’s accomplishments and contributions.
