The Department of Fine Arts will host a full slate of free Fall 2017 concerts, beginning Saturday, November 18th until Tuesday, December 12th:

  • Saturday, November 18th – The Performance Ensemble, under the direction of Stefán Örn Arnarson, will perform a 60s Soul concert.  This concert begins at 7:30 p.m. in the Walter K. Gordon Theater.
  • Tuesday, November 28th – The Rutgers University Singers and Guest Choirs, under the direction of Dr. Julia Zavadsky, will perform its Holiday Choir Festival.  This concert begins at 12:45 p.m. in the Walter K. Gordon Theater.
  • Friday, December 1st – The String Ensemble will perform its winter concert, featuring work by Purcell, Vivaldi, Bach, Saint Saëns, and Rutgers-Camden’s own student composer, Hugo Antonio Miranda.  The concert begins at 4:30 p.m. in the Mallery Room. 
  • Sunday, December 3rd – “Sounds of the Season,” the annual Rutgers–Camden holiday concert, will be performed at 2 p.m. in the Walter K. Gordon Theater.
  • Wednesday, December 6th – The Madrigal Ensemble will perform “Celebratory Music from Five Continents and Five Centuries,” under the director of Dr. Julianne Baird, Distinguished Professor of Music.  This concert will take place at 11:20 a.m. in the Fine Arts Building, Room 224.
  • Tuesday, December 12th – The Jazz Ensemble, under the direction of Eric Polack, will perform their annual holiday concert in the Black Box Studio at 12:45 p.m.
