As a campus community, our ultimate goals go beyond achieving student engagement in STEM courses and research labs. It is clear from the self-study that we need to focus our future efforts on promoting the success of students, faculty, and staff at RUC in STEM. In this workshop, we will leverage the findings of the self-study and the results of the previous workshops in the Pathway series to identify specific, measurable, and achievable DEI goals for the next 5-10 years. This forward-looking workshop will end with a brainstorming session about specific activities that we can feasibly engage in so that we can meet our DEI goals. All members of the RUC are invited to participate in this exciting and engaging event.
