Guests will have to locate the security officer before parking to receive a dashboard permit to place in their car window. Failure to obtain a pass will result in a ticket. The department/university will not be responsible for any tickets incurred. The lot is split by Riverside Drive; both the east and west lots are available and considered City Lot C11. Rutgers Shuttle buses run from this lot to the campus approximately every 10 minutes.

Directions to the Parking Deck: From Cooper Street, turn right onto Fifth Street, turn right onto Penn Street and follow to the Parking Garage. Pull at ticket upon arrival to raise the arm. Before you leave, take that ticket to the security desk to get it validated for no charge. Elevators are located on the Cooper Street side of each floor and the lets you off in the lobby of the garage where the desk is located.
