The Department of Visual, Media, and Performing Arts will host auditions on Thursday, January 29, for the upcoming show, “Little Women: The Musical.” 

Audition Date: Thursday, January 29 from 5:30pm-8pm
FA 224 – The Mallery Room

Performances: April 9 – 18

What to expect: 

You will  perform your audition monologue and sing your song for Shamus McCarty, Director, and Soyeon Bin, Music Director. Be present in the room and you’ll do great!  After all days of auditions are over, those cast will be emailed with their part. You must accept that part in order to be cast.

Little Women is written with flexible casting in mind. We are seeking 10+ performers of various singing/ dancing/ acting skill levels.

Inspired by Louisa May Alcott’s cherished novel, this musical tells the story of Meg, Jo, Beth, and Amy March as they come of age in 19th century Massachusetts, facing challenges of love, loss, and fresh starts. Set during Civil War era America, the musical features an ‘astonishing’ score that embodies the enduring themes of determination, hope, and the quest for one’s dreams.
