Rutgers University–Camden is committed to helping students who are diligently working towards completing their degree through several scholarships ranging in amounts from $500.00 to over $5,000.00 per year. The scholarships are established through the generosity of alumni, friends, corporations, and foundations. They are awarded annually based on the criteria set forth by our donors. Criteria include items such as hometown/geographic region, specific majors, veteran status, GPA, school, student involvement, and non-traditional students.
These scholarships are offered to students who will be continuing in the same school/program in which they are currently enrolled for the 2023-2024 academic year. This means that if you are currently an undergraduate or graduate student, and will be in the fall, you are eligible. However, if you are an undergraduate now, and will be in one of our graduate programs in the fall, you are not eligible.
Scholarships are available to students graduating in January 2025 or later. Scholarships will be awarded for the Fall of 2024 and Spring of 2025 semesters, generally allocated 50% in the Fall and the remaining 50% in the Spring. January 2025 graduates are eligible to apply and would receive an award for the Fall semester only.
Decisions will be made in June and notifications will be sent out during the summer to students who are selected.
