Have you ever dreamed of seeing the world? With partnerships in more than 140 countries across the globe, applying for the Fulbright US Student Program means the possibilities are endless. Whether you are looking for an opportunity to expand on the research you conducted as an undergraduate, to engage with students of all ages in classrooms from cities to the countryside, or pursue graduate study, this important fellowship offers countless ways to participate in meaningful cultural exchange that may be just what you are looking for. And Rutgers-Camden can help!
The Office of Scholar Development and Fellowship Advising assists current students and alumni with completing applications to national fellowship programs, including the Fulbright US Student Program. To celebrate the launch of the new application (for 2025-2026), our team is hosting a full week of programming, including social media stories and virtual programs. We invite you to join us, specifically, for our “Q&A with a Fulbright Finalist” on Thursday, March 28th at 6pm and “Fulbright 101” on Friday, March 29th at 11:20am. Both events will also be recorded for later viewing.
If you’re curious about Fulbright, we’d love to talk to you! Our staff supports applicants through every stage from navigating the application to writing and preparing a competitive application. Interested alumni are encouraged to visit the Fulbright website and complete our Fulbright Interest Form to learn more. The national deadline to submit a Fulbright Application is Tuesday, October 8th; however, the Campus Deadline is Friday, August 30th to receive full support from the campus committee, so interested candidates are encouraged to act early.
We hope to see you at our Fulbright Week 2024 events. In the meantime, we invite you to follow-us on social media (Instagram & LinkedIn) and visit our website to learn more about the other awards OSDFA supports and schedule a time to chat.
