The Department of Fine Arts‘ SkypeOnArt will continue its spring season on Monday, February 26th, with a presentation by Dr. Eban Goodstein. The author of Economics and the Environment, Fighting for Love in the Century of Extinction: How Passion and Politics Can Stop Global Warming, and The Trade-off Myth: Fact and Fiction about Jobs and the Environment, his research has been featured in the New York Times, Scientific American, The Economist, and USA Today. In recent years, Dr. Goodstein has coordinated climate education events at over 2500 colleges, universities, high schools and other institutions across the country He serves on the editorial board of Sustainability: The Journal of Record, and is on the Steering Committee of Economics for Equity & the Environment.
SkypeOnArt begins at 11:20 a.m. in the Digital Studies Lab, located in the Fine Arts Building, Room 215. All are invited to this free event and are welcome to bring their lunch.
