The Writers House, the Writing and Design Lab, WCCR (Rutgers–Camden Radio), the Digital Studies Center, and Push10 will present a day-long Podcast Workshop on Saturday, October 7th. Designed as a survey of innovative audio narrative, participants will get an introduction to the technical side of podcast design, including open-source sound recording technology, basic sound technology, and editing.
Presenters include Lisa Nelson-Hayes, Paige Pfleger, Robert Emmons, Ann Heppermann, Travis DuBose and student consultants from the Writing and Design Lab, Jake Cowan and Amy Tuttle, and Lenn Webb and Vincent Williams, hosts of The Micheaux Mission.
Rutgers University students and residents of Camden are free; general admission is $25.00. Registration is required.
