On Friday, October 17th, the Center for Urban Research and Education (CURE) will continues its seminar series with the presentation, “Gang Nostalgia: Generation, Authority, and the Role of History in a Chicago Gang.” Dr. Laurence Ralph, Assistant Professor in the Departments of Anthropology and African and African American Studies at Harvard University, will be the guest speaker.
The event begins at 12 p.m. in the Private Dining Room, located in the Campus Center. Lunch will be served. This event is free and open to the public.
