1st year (Fall 2022 evaluation) 

  1. Dean’s office notifies department of required evaluation by the end of December 2022. 
  2. Departmental evaluation of candidate in January/February 2023.  
  3. Department notifies the candidate with a copy to Dean’s Office by Friday, March 24, 2023.  

This form requires the name and email address of the Department Chair completing the evaluation and the faculty member being evaluated.

Non-Tenure Track Annual Teaching Evaluations

Annual Evaluations due to the Dean’s Office by Friday, March 24, 2023.

This form requires the name and email address of the Department Chair completing the evaluation and the faculty member being evaluated. Note that a peer observation of teaching is required during the first year of each contract period.

PTL Evaluations

Completed Fall 2022 PTL Evaluations are due by Friday, January 27, 2023. 
Completed Spring 2023 PTL Evaluations due by Friday, June 16, 2023.

Note that a peer observation of teaching is required during the first semester of teaching at Rutgers.
