Dr. James Johnson, a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and a faculty member at both Rutgers University and Atlantic Cape Community College, will present “African American Soldiers in the Civil War,” on Monday, February 9th, from 1:20 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. The event will take place in Room 109 at 319 Cooper Street. This event is free and open to the public.
