Political science major and Baron Scholarship recipient Dan Mulligan recently gave a terrific presentation about his experiences on the recent Rutgers-Camden study abroad trip to Brazil. Donor Jeff Baron (CCAS ’69, NLAW ’73) was honored at the luncheon where Dan spoke about his travel. Dan reported that he and the other students on the trip met with university officials, toured areas facing huge economic and social problems, and took part in Brazilian cultural events. Rutgers-Camden is dedicated to providing its students with opportunities that go beyond the borders of Camden, and, indeed, the country. This trip to Brazil was Dan’s first trip outside the United States. The opportunity proved to be a great experience for Rutgers-Camden students.
